Meet Dr. Kirsten Loveridge

Hi, I’m Dr. Kirsten Loveridge — somatic coach, space-holder, and sacred rebel.

I help women, couples, and seekers reconnect with their bodies, rewire their relationship to intimacy, and reclaim their right to pleasure—even (and especially) when it feels complicated, painful, or out of reach.

I’m a relationship and somatic coach, a trained somatic practitioner, and someone who deeply understands what it means to live in a body that doesn’t always feel safe, responsive, or like it belongs to you.

I work at the intersection of trauma and desire. Pain and pleasure. Sacredness and sexuality. And I don’t believe those things are opposites.

What brought me here isn’t just clinical training—it’s lived experience, spiritual curiosity, and a commitment to radical softness.

My work is grounded in science, trauma-informed practice, and somatic wisdom. But it’s also deeply human. I know what it’s like to:

  • Feel disconnected from your own body and unsure how to return

  • Carry religious or cultural shame that makes intimacy feel loaded or off-limits

  • Want more from your relationships or sex life but feel blocked, afraid, or numb

  • Live with invisible conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, or chronic tension that impact desire and connection

That’s why I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. I offer sanctuary.

My philosophy is simple: your body is not broken. Your pleasure is not a luxury. Your healing doesn’t have to be rushed.

I created Loveridge Gardens as a space where love and growth can both flourish.

Where your story is honored.

Where your nervous system is listened to.

Where your eroticism, your grief, your joy, and your confusion can all belong.

My approach blends:

  • Somatic awareness and nervous system attunement

  • Depth sex therapy and relational healing

  • Intimacy coaching and gentle accountability

  • Feminine spirituality, body literacy, and real, grounded emotional work

I work best with people who want more than just tips and tricks. I work with people who are ready to feel more—safely, slowly, sustainably.

When I’m not working…

You can find me walking, dreaming up my future retreat space, playing with metaphors about gardens and mountains, or making space for softness in a world that constantly demands hardness.
